Agentik Helix Ultimate Preset2 Issue Support Request

Hello Joomshaper Support Team,

The template used on my website is Agentik.

Template: Agentik Framework: Helix Ultimate

I am experiencing an issue when changing preset settings. When selecting Preset2, I receive an SCSS compile error. Other presets work correctly.

I have already cleared the cache folders on the server and performed template cache reset operations, but the problem still persists.

The error message is:

"Expected identifier, scssphp-parse-value((##FFFFFF))"

I believe this may be caused by a framework preset variable parsing bug.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Thank you very much.

Kind regards, Hasan Kanak

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to us. Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.

Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!

Best regards,

Resolution Details: I encountered the error mentioned above while using the "Presets 2" (Black color scheme) in the Helix Agentic template. We have successfully identified and resolved the issue using the following steps:

We accessed the database via phpMyAdmin.

We navigated to the _template_styles table.

Upon inspecting the template parameters (params), we found that a color code was incorrectly saved with double hashtags as ##FFFFFF.

After changing the value to a single hashtag (#FFFFFF), the SCSS compiler started working correctly, and the error was resolved.

I am sharing this so it might be helpful for other users facing the same issue.
