In SP Page Builder Pro:

• Stretch Row makes only the row background stretch to the full browser width, while the content inside still stays within the normal container width.

• Fluid Row makes both the row background and the content inside stretch to the full browser width.

So for example:

• Stretch Row = full-width background, boxed content
• Fluid Row = full-width background and full-width content

Use Stretch Row when you want a wide background image/color but still want your text and addons aligned with the rest of the site layout.

Use Fluid Row when you want everything inside the row to go edge-to-edge across the screen.
