Joomla! version is 5.4.5, template shaper_helixultimate
I have the setting 'Frontend User Parameters' set to Hide. However I can still see them in the front end when I login, why?
I also have 'Change Username' diaabled, but I can also see that option.
I have cleared cache etc.

about 2nd - Even in Casiopea template - username field is displayed on front-end :/ please check yourself. Indeed, it make confusion how it should work.
about 1st "Frontend User Parameters : ON" then Basic Settings are displayed - this is the only difference between ON-OFF in both Helix and Casiopea template.
