I would like to raise a concern regarding your support service.

I have submitted several support tickets, but many of them have not received any response or proper follow up. As a customer who has paid for a higher priced package, I expected to receive reliable support when facing technical issues.

Unfortunately, most of my questions have remained unanswered. I hope your team can take this matter seriously and improve the response time and follow up for submitted tickets.

Please take note of this issue, as timely support is one of the main reasons customers choose a paid package.
