Why When We Go Mouseover The Lock In Pages We Don't See Who did Lock It

When we place the mouse over the lock in Joomla articles we see who did lock it. There is the same lock feature in SP Page Builder, but there is no way to find who did lock the page. Could this be corrected / added ?
