having issues with sp page builder pro after the update to sp page builder pro v6.10.0

the example attached is just one page but this is happening on every page and more than one website - i can access the administrator interface but cannot now get to any components, plugins etc i get the error message class "JPlugin" not found so is this a routing issue? do you have a solution for this yet as this started after the update to just using the accordian in sp page pro on some sites and has now progressed to this........ really would appreciate some help asap please if possible thanks
