You need to set the ACL for the users. Create the User Group first, then create the User/Users under it to whom you want to give access to SP Property only.

Then go to Options from SP Property. See the screenshot here for a better understanding. Then go to Permissions tab and there you can see the User you created earlier on the left bar. Select the user from there and set-up the functionality you want to give access to. See the screenshot here. Here we create ACL as user group and as user. You can create your own.

thanks, it seems to work. I only ask one last thing: is it possible to hide the SP PAGE BUILDER, POPULAR ARTICLES and RECENTLY ADDED ARTICLES items in the agents backend? And also the "Help" menu item?
