Awaiting an answer SP Page Builder

Ticket Has Gone Unanswered

Hi, I have an issue that I can't seem to resolve. I submitted a ticket, but after a few replies, no one has answers. The ticket is https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/6021#qa-answer-30022

I would like someone to help me with this. I have several clients using Joomla, and I need to get this fixed ASAP!
