Hello,
how can I find the page URL (frontend) from a record in "sppagebuilder" table?

Or can the site call with the ID from sppagebuilder like: https://..../?id=x

Please go to Content -> SP Page Builder and check the priview of the page. Then copy the URL address and use the link.
