Hi is it possible to edit the course infomations to show?

I mean may I change this aspect: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1V46znBfp_VSHpIFvAoVGQKdfmue7GLa4/view?usp=sharing

To a simplified one like: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1XpnrRHb4xZ9dd9Pf4xr-GKACJblXFDC0/view?usp=sharing

removing all the info about the course?
