Solved SP Page Builder

Website response slow (3-5 sec) sine a few days

Hi Team,
My website used to have a serve response time of 0.8 -1.2 sec. since a few days the time is 3-5 sec? What happened? I also use JCH Optimize, but it has no effect at the moment. Enabled or disabled, same effect?
