I am creating a website with helix ulltimate and pagebuilder pro.

How can I change font-size and padding of menu and submenu items.

In the following image I want to set a padding-left for the submenu items:

Hi Peter,

If settings from Template Options - Typography - Navigation don't work for you - you have to use custom CSS.
