Hello,
According to you, is it better to create a page in SP Page Builder menu or in the Joomla menu --> content --> article and SP Page builder ? Which is the best way to create a new page ? Thanks

If you want a page then it is better to create it through the page builder new page menu. As you have the ability to use the frontend editor, then you visualize changes live!
You can create your article details page using the SP Page builder editor too with the help of article integration.
