Where do I update the registration form. Can only update the title, but not the fields or content. Fields, content and language.

Can't find that anywhere. The menu shows a link to a registration form. No clue where that is. Here's my demo site: https://demo1.ace-agency.ca/index.php/about/registration Using Joomla 4
