You already know it was coming. Now, it’s finally here. We have been flooded with a lot of accolades on our blog and social media channels since we published the Estate template preview. Many of you expressed your interest in being a part of our template club just because of this real estate Joomla template.

4 unique home layouts
Estate has 4 feature specific homepage layouts. Apart from their unique design, each variation also offers different user experience. We named these home layouts on the basis of what they have in them.
- Default: Completely property focused having a good number of property items with an advanced search bar at the top followed by featured sections and agents.
- Search by Map: Estate map home layout offers an intuitive search system. There’s a map frame at the top allowing visitors to search by locations and view property items right on map.
- Full Width: Show the maximum number of property items on the home page. Display real estate assets in different categories for visitors to pick.
- Search by City: Brings all listed cities on the homepage to view property items of that particular cities. All property items come under cities and are displayed accordingly.
SP Property component
Most of the functionalities of Estate are all about property. We utilized the power of JoomShaper’s advanced SP Property component to bring those functionalities. Not only that, we also enhanced SP Property component to make it work for Estate.
- Easy property submission: Using SP Property, Estate allows the agents to submit their property items easily.
- Property detail page: Present your property items attractively with their details. Have property locations pinned on the map and contact form for visitors to express their interest or ask any question regarding the asset. The dedicated contact system for each property lets the visitors start buy, rent and booking related conversation.
- Dynamic property gallery: Estate automatically creates and updates albums for each of the property items submitted on your site.
Advanced search options
The search mechanism in Estate is what makes it stand out among all other templates in this category. We do believe a real estate website is not just about having a lot of properties. There should be an advanced system to search properties so that visitors get what they are looking for. We certainly ensured that in Estate.
With the advanced Property Search module, visitors can search properties and filter the result by location, price, size, number of beds & parking slots, and more.
Map search
Estate takes property searching system to a new level. People can search property items right on the map. Properties of a particular area will be displayed upon selecting an area. The search result can be viewed in both list and grid views. Location comes first when people think about buying or renting properties. Having that in mind, we enabled this innovative map search system in Estate.
Real estate agents
Estate allows third party property listing on the site. Any third party can create a profile and apply to be an agent. There’s a rich agent profile page to showcase agents’ address, contact form and all listed property items there. The template has an agent listing page to display all agents in a single place. Visitors can explore properties of any particular agent by going to their profile page.
Property specific modules
To enable you to have versatile property functionalities and showcase listed property items on the website, we used some amazing modules.
- Agent module: Need to display agents anywhere on the site? The Agent module lets you select agents and show them on your desired area.
- Property Category module: Showcase property categories on the website so that the visitors can explore category-wise property listings.
- EMI Calculator: Let the visitors calculate EMI amount right on your site for purchasing properties on installment.
- Property Search module: Powers the advanced search mechanism with multiple filtering options. It also offers several search bar design variations.
- Property Property module: If you want handpicked property items to be displayed on a particular page this module can do the job for you.
Dedicated addons
This real estate Joomla template is powered by several special addons. Each of these addons brings new features and functionalities to your real estate website and enriches it even more.
- Properties City addon: Fuels the city listing system particularly on the Search by City home layout. It also shows all property items under each city.
- Property Map addon: Sets up all maps placed on different parts of the template.

One bug is that the link doesnt work to get to the property object if you click on them on the map "Home Search by map".
It would be nice to have OpenStreetMap support also. and map clustering of the cluttering properties there right now on the Google map and I like the search bar under the global map search, a currency converter ...;) and full witdh option, agents/subagents system, maybe rent booking system too with payment :). maybe attachments docs too listings :)
Is it possible to configure it to show a fixed price?
