MegaDeal & Vocal Template Updates

Today we updated two of our Joomla! templates. MegaDeal (for Joomla! 2.5) which was designed as a eCommerce platform with VirtueMart built-in. And Vocal template, which is ideal for all kinds of Music Events, Festival Website or even Dance and Night Club.

What was changed? Of course we:

• We fixed all responsive issues 
• We updated all used extensions
• Fixed all known functional bugs

Besides, in the Vocal template (details) we made few others changes:

• Fixed Google Map issue on Firefox browser
• Improved compatible with with multilingual (event, event countdown, etc.)
• Fixed language issues especially date field.
  Short explanation: event date was build using a k2 extra fields, before it was "date" field type, now it will be used "text" field. So if you need this fix, please: update template and in K2 change type for this field, and please insert all dates in new format: YY-MM-DD (2014-11-26). Of course Vocal QuickStart package since today will get this update buit-in.
• Fixed problem with links inn SP Clients and pagination in SP Performers module

From one of our customer we heard that Vocal theme can be used also for Movie Festival which was nice surprise for us. When website will be ready we will glad to show it here, on next blog post. In meantime we want to present beta project, which soon will be finished, also based on Vocal template. As you may see also television channel from California (U.S.) uses Joomla CMS and JoomShaper products. 

Thanks for all notices, suggestions on support forum. We hope that now our templates are now even better there were before. Now we are focused on upgrading others templates. And of course we work hard to improve Helix Framework in his 3rd version.
