Hello:

I recall having this same issue with another site where I use Helix Ultimate.

The corrective action recommended was to add the following to custom CSS:

body.ltr .offcanvas-menu .offcanvas-inner ul.menu > li.menu-parent > .nav-header > .menu-toggler {
right: 0px !important;
}

I went ahead and added the same to the custom css of this site and it seems to have fixed the issue so that the sub-menus now exand out.

I am not really certain why, when I am only using articles and helix ultimate, I am having to add custom css to make the hamburger / off-canvas menu display properly. Seems this shoudl be corrected within helix ultimate itself so the menu works right.

Thank you.

Hello:

I do have one additional question.

I was using mega menu on the site and had some 2 column menu drop-downs.

When viewing the 2 column mega menu items in the off-canvas menu, the 2 column were just stacked right on top of each other within the off-canvas menu making it where they were not navigable to the user.

Because of this, I stopped using the mega menu and reconfigured my main menu to not use the 2 column any longer.

What is the solution for using mega menu and also having the off-canvas menu navigable for the user?

Thank you.

Unfortunately, no good solution till now. Mega menu is designed only for desktop menu. It cannot be used in the offcanvas. Maybe, in the future developers will think about it.
