Helix Ultimate setting for "mobile" contact invokes a phone call, just like the field with the "phone" icon! Where to choose SMS?

One would expect the 'smart phone' icon in the "Contact" sttings to prompt for a text message, rather than set up a phone call.
Where and how fix this bug quickly?
