Video Background issue

Asked by claudevips 5 years ago Last activity 5 years ago

Hi
I have one page made with SP Pagebuilder and in one section i have video background
In desktop its ok, but in mobiles the background is showing first image than the video.
I tried remove the image background but in mobile the section is blank.
See here in https://consubra1.kazuo.site/

https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/2152629?key=b1d9ee5e7075c057019b0964f3f9dce6

I need to click or scrool down to start video in mobile

Ps I set one printscreen of the video to minor the problem

Hi there,

Thanks for contacting us. The mobile browser doesn't support the video background, that's why we have added the option to set a background image that can be load into the mobile device.

-Thanks
