video auto play in the background on mobile phone

Asked by ธัญญะ วรรธนพิเชฐ 5 years ago Last activity 5 years ago

Hello

https://thaistonepark.org/th/%E0%B8%9F%E0%B8%B2%E0%B8%A3%E0%B9%8C%E0%B8%A1%E0%B8%88%E0%B8%A3%E0%B8%B0%E0%B9%80%E0%B8%82%E0%B9%89.html
I added youtube to the row background .
It auto plays on PC but not on iphone.
I see "youtube play" button on the video but cannot click.
How can I make it auto play?

Thanks
Regards,
Thanya

Hello ธัญญะ วรรธนพิเชฐ

Sorry, the background will not play on mobile. This is a mobile browser issue. You can hide the section for mobile and create a new section only for mobile(hide for desktop and tablet). Also check Chrome's Autoplay Policy for example.

Best regards
