Asked by marzolla 2 years ago Last activity 2 years ago

Hello Good morning.
I have a problem with the display of videos in the background on slides 2 and 3 on the home page.
It works fine on desktop and on android mobile.
It doesn't work on - iphone - , can we solve it? I've gone crazy, but I can't solve the problem.
Thanks for your help

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this oversight. Mainly the mobile device browser doesn't support the background videos. That's why this problem is occurred.

Best regards,

Toufiqur Rahman (Team Lead, Support)
