Hello,

I tried clearing the cache and also tried clearing the browser cache and using a different browser but it is still not showing the image.

We've exactly the same issue. We udated Aspasia and PageBulider Pro and now our slider is gone. We too also followed the steps outlined here: https://archive.joomshaper.com/forums/slideshow-full-width-suddenly-disappeared with no change.
Any help appreciated. Thank you.
