I tried clearing the cache and also tried clearing the browser cache and using a different browser but it is still not showing the image.

We've exactly the same issue. We udated Aspasia and PageBulider Pro and now our slider is gone. We too also followed the steps outlined here: https://archive.joomshaper.com/forums/slideshow-full-width-suddenly-disappeared with no change. Any help appreciated. Thank you.

We are having the same issue again. Can you let me know how to solve this? I don't have slideshow or images

We have switched to just use a static image because it has broken a few times. I think the override that gets applied is not carried when the template updates.
