Using the LMS Extension, I have added a number of Courses and Lessons.
I am finding that the system is randomly duplicating some courses and ranomly just not displaying the new one I add. Then when I add the NEXT new course.. it does not show up but the last to not appear is suddenly showing.
This course list shows you the issue of duplication (although you can't see those that don't show of course)

It happens no matter which link I use to list the courses (in Mega or just regular menu entry)
