Hi there

Using the LMS Extension, I have added a number of Courses and Lessons.

I am finding that the system is randomly duplicating some courses and ranomly just not displaying the new one I add. Then when I add the NEXT new course.. it does not show up but the last to not appear is suddenly showing.

It happens no matter which link I use to list the courses (in Mega or just regular menu entry)
