Feature box error on home page.

Issue with Feature Box

When I am trying to change the link in the first feature box, immediately I am getting an error https://prnt.sc/2ILCxD1Pp7Mr

But with existing link it is working https://prnt.sc/63UwiMvOQcGl.

With the other two feature boxes, there is no issue. The link (index.php/institutions/schools) which I am trying to update is working fine otherwise. Pls help me out.

I am also not able to change the feature box images.

One more issue with Articles Scroller.
Unable to see the image existing in the article. https://prnt.sc/2KUKXHglCnuq
The title is visible twice.

Please help me sort out these issues.

Apology for the inconvenience. Please share your administrator URL here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup with you before sharing.

Apology for the inconvenience. I have fixed your Feature addon issue. Please check your site. Also, you have used SP Page Builder 5 Beta to the site and thus caused the Article Scroller bug.

Please do not use it for production site. It is not ready yet. We are still testing the product.

If you have any previous backup of SP Page Builder 4 or 3, then revert to it.

Regarding Article Scroller bug, the problem occurred in the previous version of Pagebuilder also and thus updated to beta to check whether it works.
And if I revert back, will your fix on Feature addon work there??

Just now checked the feature box addon. The moment I changed the link from index.php/institutions/spjc to index.php/institutions/schools , the same error page displayed.

This page should open when I click the button on the first Feture box. Even when I put the full link, error is coming.

There is no error in this page. Actually I want this page to open when I click the link on the feature addon - More about schools on the home page. I am unable to change the link there. Now the link is index.php/institutions/spjc but I want the link to be index.php/institutions/schools. When I am changing this link, it is showing error.

This link already exists.
index.php/institutions/spjc

What do you mean by changing the links? You can go to the menu item and change the alias.

I want that link to change as index.php/institutions/schools which I am unable to do. When I am changing, I am getting error. spjc is working but schools is not working.

If you are unable to understand my problem, pls let us schedule a time so that I can share my desktop to show you the issue.

Please install SP Page Builder 4 on your site. This is probably a bug in SP Page Builder 5 Beta. Do not use it on your site.

Reverted back to SP Page Builder 4. But still the error is occuring. Pls chk.
