This is exactly the issue we face but sadly replacing the files is not helping....

I think the component or the two templates Estate and Empire are still immature.
In my case I think they intervened from the backend or something else.

Please share an example property and details of the property. Which price do you want to show on the property? The exact fixed price without calculation or with calculation (multiplying with the property size)?

It looks good to me. There is per sqft price and the total price. The total price is per sqft price x sqft.

1. Please check the calculation: 1638Sqft ×274,42 $ should be 449499,96

But there it shows 448,812.00, thats sure not correct

2. On th page here (https://adrphilly.yerita.han-solo.net/index.php) it should show the Full price not the Sqft price.

I have fixed it here:

templates/shaper_estate/html/mod_spproperty_properties/full-width.php

and

templates/shaper_estate/html/com_spproperty/property/default.php

Please check your site now.

Yes it works now but we can not change access levels anymore.. its switching automaticly to public after we try to give a super user access to a new user..
any idea?
