Sorry, I cannot say anything without checking. You can take a full site backup with Akeeba Backup in ZIP format and share here. Please follow this tutorial

You took the backup in JPA format. Please go to Akeeba Backup configuration settings and set backup file type as ZIP. Then take a backup and share.
