Mobile Speed And Display Issues With Shaper Estate Template

Dear JoomShaper Team,

I am writing to you because I am having a problem with the mobile speed for my website, https://idealcontainer.ro.

I am using your shaper_estate - Default template on a dedicated server with LiteSpeed technology. For speed optimization, I am using the JCH Optimize plugin and LiteSpeed Cache, but my Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) is still 9.4 seconds on mobile and I have 49/100 score on Google PageSpeed Insights. https://prnt.sc/r58SybSLHiw7 Additionally, the site's display on mobile is not rendering correctly across all browsers.

Could you please help me with some advice on how to resolve these issues?

Thank you, Mircea

If I may...

Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) measures the time it takes to load the largest visible element on a page, such as an image or block of text. It is a key metric because it shows how quickly a user can see the main content of a website. Long loading times can discourage visitors, increasing the bounce rate.

In general we don't help in site optimization, becuase it's a problem with used content and webmaster choices, not template itself. And sometimes it takes hour(s), not minutes to correct that.

For sure, I recommend using:

  1. Images in format .webp instead of .jpg, starting from header image (!)
  2. Ask hosting support how you can reduce server response time.
  3. Reduce/Correct Google Fonts, now you are loading 3x the same font "Muli" (!)
  4. Try to remove one Section that you really don't need on home page.

I can fix point 3. whole rest is on your hands.

Hello Mircea,

Thank you for reaching out and for providing detailed information regarding your website https://idealcontainer.ro and the use of our shaper_estate template.

We understand your concern about mobile performance and display issues. While we appreciate that you're using powerful tools like LiteSpeed Cache and JCH Optimize, and running on a dedicated server, we’d like to clarify that:

JoomShaper Support focuses specifically on resolving issues related to our templates and extensions. Full website performance optimization, including advanced speed tuning, falls outside the scope of our direct support.

That said, we’re still happy to guide you on how to ensure our template is not contributing to performance problems.

Template-Related Suggestions:

  1. Review Large Content in Hero Section (LCP Impact)
  • The shaper_estate template often uses sliders or large images at the top.
  • Consider reducing image size, using WebP format, or simplifying sliders on mobile.
  1. Mobile Rendering Issues
  • Please check if any custom CSS or Helix layout overrides are affecting responsive behavior.
  • Clear and recompile the SCSS via Helix Ultimate > Advanced > Compile SCSS to CSS.
  • Also, check for outdated or unsupported browser-specific styles.

Third-Party Optimization Tools

Using JCH Optimize and LiteSpeed Cache together may cause conflicts if not properly configured. For example:

  • Avoid overlapping minification or JS deferral.
  • Test results by disabling one of the plugins temporarily.

We recommend consulting with a speed optimization specialist or your hosting provider for an in-depth audit and fine-tuning.

If you identify a specific issue caused by our template layout, CSS/JS conflict, or Helix framework, feel free to share details or screenshots. We'll be happy to help within our product support scope.

Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know how else we can assist.

Best regards,
