How can I add the company name and VAT to the shipping/billing address?

I appreciate your interest and I hope that in the next update this form field has been added to the shipping address / billing address as it is completely necessary information to be able to issue invoices.

There is a terrible mess in your system. I have invoices from two sellers.

On JoomShaper invoice, there is no VAT number because we do not deduct VAT. But in FastSpring, VAT is deducted if VAT id not given on the checkout page. If you enter VAT id, then FastSpring invoice will have that id and no VAT will be deducted. You can give the VAT id later if you forget to give on the checkout. Please share your issue to [email protected] if you need further help regarding this.
