No any shipping number/customer number in order details and confirmation letters

No any shipping number/customer number in order details and confirmation letters for non-registrated users although number field is required. So I have no ability to see client phone number for confirmation or details. Why and how to fix? Thanks

I've found phone numbers in the database. But, of course, I need to see it in admin panel without reaching DB. Thanks.
