Website spacing changed all of a suddon? rows are ontop one another

Hello,

I had the layout ready for my site and it was looking good. (Newsberg)
Then I started uploading articles to have some content on it and all of a sudden the website does not look correct. I did not make any changes whatsover to the layout itself while uploading articles. Now there are white spaced between addons and rows are layerd ontop of one another.

This site is being launched very soon and I can't figure out what is happening to it. Any help would be appreciated.

Found out that if I remake the rows it looks good again. Going that route now. At least it solved it

I am having a similiar issue on another page now. Seems to be an issue somewhere.
The blue arrows appear and they shouldn't be there.
