SP Page Builder, bulk import. Error: File format not suported

SP Page Builder, version 5.4.4 throws an error when using bulk import; "File format not supported."
No page was imported.

Hi Asfakur,

Thanks for your quick reply.

I found the solution: some pages included brackets: "("and ")" in the title. The import function could not handle that. I solved it by removing the brackets in the name of the pages.

The ticket can be closed, but probably good to know for others users.

Hello, I have solved this issue. For the past year, I have tried every possible method. When I use Turkish characters in page titles, the bulk import doesn't work. When I manually change the page titles one by one to use English characters, the problem is resolved. Could an update be released to address this?
