After cleaning cache in chrome it works.

The older problem with LMS is still there. My Joomla-database shows one problem with SP LMS - Version 4.0.8 > it is not up to date.

What should I do?

Please update database structure from admin for SP LMS. Then check your issue.

If it does not work, then uninstall SP LMS. Then install it again on the site.

No, you will not. Though I would recommend keeping a site backup before doing it.

after uninstall and installing it is not solved - the same problem (alias > varchar > not in table)
