How to show Author Info on specific parts of website

Hi!

We use the Newsberg template with SP Author.
Now, we have built this to show Author info on a couple of specific places on the website, like with all the news articles.

See working examples on the homepage and also on this introduction page (click on one of the links to the present articles).

Recently I added a new menu structure 'India'. Now, when I visit the introduction page we have 1 link to an article in place. This article does not show Author Info (but we want to show it).

What am I missing?
How can I show Author Info from SP Author?

Hello

In order to show the Author Info please follow the method below:
This option will show user bio as author information along with author Gravatar if the profile plugin is enabled.

From Template (Helix) Options > Blog > Details > Author Info: Yes/No (to display or hide)

Hello Ariba,

Thanks for your reply. Please take some time to read my question. As I said, we already are showing author info on a couple of parts of the website.

But on some part the info does not show.
We want to fix this.

Yes, same style is used.
I will share credentials. It is a live website.

I checked the credentials, maybe the way I noted them were not clear. Please try again. Should work.

Hi,

Still I am facing issues to login to your backend.

Actually, I can not pass the first step of authentication. Once I put the credentials then click on sign in then the fields gets empty instead of going to the second phase.

Would you please check again?
