How to center vertically 2nd level sub menu items

Hy,
I would like to align the 2nd level of submenu items vertically to the center as you set for the 1st level.
can you help me, please?

Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please add this css code inside the custom.css file. 

body.ltr .sp-megamenu-parent .sp-dropdown.sp-dropdown-sub {
    left: 100%;
    top: -150px;
}
