I am having problems adding a News Feed to my site using Joomla 5.3.1
I add the newsfeed link https://www.stratford.gov.uk/rss/parish ... 112N04.xml
But I keep getting the error
Failed to parse time string (22/06/2023) at position 0 (2): Unexpected character>
I am being told that the date is in dd/mm/yyyy format for the feed, and this probably doesnt match my Joomla site.
But I am not experienced enough to know how to fix this problem in helix.
Can anyone help me?

Hi Alison.
Don't get me wrong, but this is a typical Joomla question that should be asked on forum.joomla.org.
Helix is a template, it does not handle the RSS feeds, no override etc.
Probably you need a good extension that can read RSS & ignore errors, or there is important syntax error in generated feed.
Tip! As first step, Find online XML validator that can check if shared .xml file is error free, has correct syntax. If is correct - forum, If is not, somebody has to correct it, otherwise you stuck.
