Hello Pirosoft,
Thank you for reaching out to our technical support forum. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing.
Sorry, it is not possible to set different taxes. All customers are considered the same whether it is Company profile or Personal profile.
Best regards
Hello Ofi, just a small note: in the EU, there are rules for intra-community deliveries. If you have a valid VAT number, you don't have to pay sales tax. This is regulated by law in the EU, and a shop program must be able to accommodate this. This isn't about equal treatment of private individuals and businesses.
regards
Josef
Hello Ofi, here are the rules for intra-community trade

Thanks, I have checked it and shared with the team.
perfect - thanks
You are welcome
Hello Josef Rosner
Thanks for joining in. Sorry, I am not aware of this law. Can you share any link where I can check it? I would like to learn about it. Then I will share it with the development team so that they can make necessary changes to adopt it.
Best regards
Hi, when you add this feature?
best regards
Sorry, I do not have any time frame. For the next version, the development work is almost finished. I have shared this issue with the developer team. They will check it out later.
Hi, news about this feature?
thanks
Sorry, it is yet not discussed. It will take some time as we have other priorities.
Hello Ofi, that sounds as it will take a long time ?
and what about my Question - https://www.joomshaper.com/forum/question/40684
Hello Josef Rosner,
The developer team is informed. They will have to take the design from the design team. Things will take time.
Best regards
Hi, it's very urgent for my customers this feature, when will you implement it?
best regards
Francesco
The team is unclear about the requirement. Previously shared documentation was in Dutch Language. Is it possible to have any English documentation of this law? Please forward it to us. We will check out the requirements.

this is the documentation. It's very urgent. Please.
Hello Ofi,
and for many weeks now, I have needed the option to adjust the invoice so that it complies with the requirements of the tax authorities in Germany and other countries!
We have forwarded your issue to the development team. The team is currently working with Multilingual and Multi-currency feature. Your request will be implemented later.
Hello,
after four weeks of programming multilingualism, a feature that's not as important as the correct VAT identification or the correct invoice required by European tax authorities, what's the current status?
You're selling Easystore as an additional extension for sppagebuilder, which we had to pay for, and nothing's been done regarding legal compliance requirements?
Thank you for your message and for sharing your concerns.
We completely understand the importance of VAT compliance and proper invoicing, especially for users within the EU. Our team has been actively prioritizing multilingual features to improve accessibility and global usability, but we also recognize that compliance-related updates are equally critical.
Please rest assured that legal and tax compliance (including VAT-related improvements) are on our roadmap, and we’re already reviewing potential solutions to ensure EasyStore meets the necessary regional requirements.
I have personally talked to the developer team today to solve this issue urgently. The developer team has assured me that they will work on it. Unfortunately, we have design dependency on this matter. We will figure out a way to override the invoice view.
We truly appreciate your patience and feedback — it helps us improve the product for everyone.
Hi, an example to clarify. If you have a ecommerce in Italy and you sell a product to other EU country (for example Germany), there are 2 possibilities:
(If a product cost 100€ + 22% VAT)
The simplest solution is to insert a checkbox that asks the customer if he has a valid VIES VAT number. If the buyer select the checkbox and enter a VAT number, he will pay the price of the product without VAT taxes.
Please it's urgent, i ask this 2 months ago.
Best regards
Francesco
Thanks for the clarification. I will talk to the developer team next week.
I will update their response here.
The team has agreed to add the feature. They will work on it. We might have it in the next release.
Hi, Can you tell me when the next release is expected?
(my customer need this feature)
thanks
I had a talk with the developer team this morning. This update will not be included in the next release. The next release is scheduled for the next week. It will go mostly with bug fixes. Your requested feature is on our priority. It will be added after that release.
I hope you understand that it is a new feature and requires time to develop. We have to work on the current tax system and test it after the development.
hi, you have a road map for next release?
bes regards
Sorry, no estimated date is available to share. It WILL NOT BE released in this week. This is the information I have. We have plans to release multilingual ability in this version.
After 3 months from my request, I risk losing the client... please....
Hi, news?
best regards
Sorry, you have to wait more 😞
