I am having some trouble with the menu positioning/appearance in my template at ottawaotest.ca/oocj4, operating on Joomla 5.3.1 and the Pitech template.
We have 7 menu items, a login button, language switcher, and social media icons on the bar where the header is. Here is what we want the menu to look like:

When I re-size the window from my laptop to emulate a tablet, mobile phone, etc., the menu is 'pushed' down to be on top of the header image (see below).

We'd like to avoid this and have the top menu convert into an off-canvas 'hamburger' menu before this happens. How can we adjust the point on the template for when the menu changes from across the top to be a mobile menu?
