Update problem with Finion Template

Hello,

I am trying to update my Finion Template version 2.1.0 to 2.1.1 but having the error as below:

Failed to download package. Download it and install manually from https://www.joomshaper.com/index.php?option=com_product&task=download.download&product=template&id=127&sub=2.

I tried to download the shaper-finion.xml file manually but the download does not work either.

What should I do and to avoid the same problem in the future? Or kindly send me the shaper-finion.xml file and guide me how to avoid the fail update in the future.

Here is the file I have wanted to update and it's not working.

Thanks so much for your quick response.

Do I have to reinstall the whole Finion Template?

Sorry my website is an active website and I guess that I do not need the whole Finion Template because I don't want to overwrite my customized template.

I have already updated some of the extensions which needed to be updated and as said earlier the only file or extension which needs to be update is the "shaper-finion.xml" as stated below.

Can't I update the only shaper-finion.xml file? This is the first time I am having proble with my update.

You can install the template. It will update the template version. Generally, it does not affect your template settings. However, it is safe to Export Template Settings. So, in case the settings is changed, you can bring it back with Import Template Settings option.

Please go to this location:

templates/finion/webfonts/webfonts.json

and replace webfonts.json file with the attached file. You need to unzip the file and then replace.

Thanks once again for your support.

Sorry there is no "webfonts/webfonts.json after "templates/finion/....".

I have my own custom google font on my website.

Should I create the webfonts folder and then add the "webfonts.json" file?
