Maxora template footer cannot change color

Referring to the site dathermark.com, the footer color needs to be changed but cannot.

Let's say that you thought about Bottom, please use that simple Custom CSS

 #sp-bottom, #sp-bottom > .container  
 {background: #000; color: #fff; }

Template Options > Custom Code > Custom CSS or by custom.css file.

Hi,

Do you mean Bottom that is grey now, or Footer that is black ?
