Template Update Changed Colors On My Site, Overriding What is In Overlay Fields And Others

Hi,
I updated the Maxora Template and my website has changed colors even though the appropriate colours are added in pagebuilder fields. Also on header images on page title, there overlay colors in pagebuilder are not being recognized and should be RGBA(88, 85, 81, 0.72).
there are also weird shapes that are now showing up in the blue color on the page title images that were not their before.

the weird thing is it looks fine on mobile, its just on desktop that it looks different
