Menu Color Cannot Change

Main menu with dropdowns cannot customize in helix to be white like the menu items without dropdowns

Hello David,

Thanks for raeching out to us.

This usually happens when the parent menu item is configured differently from the regular menu items.

Please edit the parent menu item that contains the dropdown and set:

  • Menu Item Type: System Links → URL
  • Link: #

After saving, clear your Joomla and browser cache and check again.

So menu-type "System > Header" is not supported?
