Thanks, I also would like to change the colors for the hover effect, when I am over the menu point with my mouse and the underlining at the start page for Informations, Search and Links. Is it possible to get these informations as well?

Add/Use that instead of above, is more universal:

.sp-megamenu-parent > li.sp-menu-item:hover {background:#17567A;}

and for submenu items / und auch für Untermenüpunkte:

.sp-megamenu-parent .sp-dropdown li.sp-menu-item:hover {background:#17567A;}

Thanks Paul for you solution. That works fine. Do you have an idea why just at the menu item "2. Pistole" it's still the green background.

Directly from head - no, but easy to check using browser tool - Code Inspector.

The green line is also from your custom.css file (line 22)
