Background Color Change For Title Page

Greetings,
i am wanting to change the colour on my HELIX PAGE TITLE, however when i add the new colour in nothings changes on the front end.
I then tried this code in the custom CSS section: .sp-page-title::after { -webkit-background-image: linear-gradient(-137deg,rgba(143, 192, 171,0.9) 0%,rgba(143, 192, 171,0.9) 100%); background-image: linear-gradient(-137deg,rgba(143, 192, 171,0.9) 0%,rgba(143, 192, 171,0.9) 100%); }
And still nothing changed.
Can you please advice.
