Hello,
I hope you’re doing well. I’m sorry for the experience you’ve had so far.
To look into this issue more closely, could you please share screenshot indicating where you have the issue and temporary Super Admin access (inside the hidden content box)? I’ll check this and update you as soon as possible.
Please make sure to keep a full site backup before sharing the credentials, just to be safe.
Best regards,
I tried different options in the screen to map the link to the page clickable. But is does not work anymore??

Hi Leon,
Please accept my apologies for the oversight.
However, I could not log in to your Joomla administrator area using the provided credentials. Kindly check the screenshot in the hidden content box for more details.
Please verify the credentials and provide updated access so I can investigate the issue further.
Best regards,
The user account is working. Can you try again??
Hi Leon,
Thank you for your patience, and apologies again for the delay. I was able to reproduce and diagnose both issues directly on your live site, so you can move forward without waiting on access from our side.
1. The person link does nothing
There are two separate reasons for this.
a) The "Link" field of the Person addon only makes the NAME clickable — not the photo, and not the whole card. So if you were clicking on the picture, nothing would happen even with a correct URL in the field.
b) In the Spectrum template, a link on the photo is physically blocked. Spectrum draws a coloured overlay across the image on hover:
body .sppb-addon-person .sppb-person-image:after {
position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; right: 100%; bottom: 0;
z-index: 10;
}
body .sppb-addon-person:hover .sppb-person-image:after { right: 0; }
On hover it expands to right: 0, so it sits on top of the image and swallows the click. I verified this in the browser: with the overlay active the click target is the div, not the link inside it. Adding pointer-events: none solves it (CSS below).
c) Worth checking on your side: right now the published HTML of both /nl/ons-team and /en/our-team contains no <a> tag at all in any of the 9 person blocks, so the Link value is not reaching the front end. Please re-open the page in SP Page Builder, enter the URL in the Person addon’s Link field, click Apply on the addon and then Save the page itself — Apply on its own is not enough.
The quickest reliable option is that the Name field accepts basic HTML, so you can put the link straight in there:
<a href="https://www.example.com/nicole-dukers">Nicole Dukers</a>
If you want the entire photo/card clickable, the Team Carousel addon has a built-in profile URL field for exactly this.
2. The green hover colour
You could not find it because it is not an addon setting. It comes from the Spectrum preset stylesheet, /templates/shaper_spectrum/css/presets/preset1.css:
body .sppb-addon-person .sppb-person-image:after {
background: rgba(0,219,84,0.8);
}
rgba(0,219,84,0.8) is #00db54, the primary colour of Preset 1. Your own brand colour is #06786a, which you already set under Template Options → Custom CSS — but this particular rule was never overridden, so the preset green still shows through.
Add this to that same Custom CSS box (where your a { color: #06786a; } already is):
body .sppb-addon-person .sppb-person-image:after {
background: rgba(6, 120, 106, 0.8); /* your teal */
pointer-events: none; /* makes photo links clickable */
}
To remove the overlay completely instead, use background: transparent;. If the green persists, add !important to the background line.
I tested both changes against your live page in the browser (browser-side only — nothing was changed on your server) and can confirm the overlay turns teal and a link on the photo becomes clickable.
Please give this a try and let me know how it goes — happy to look further if anything is still not behaving.
Best regards,
