Hi,
Please download the latest version and install it again. We've made improvements to address and fix this issue.
Please let us know if the problem persists after updating.
Thank you!
Need this as well. I've checked the GitHUB, and I see source code available for some of the older stuff, but no plugins.
Need it ASAP.
Hi Paul,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Could you please check the following announcement and confirm whether you've followed the steps described there?
Security Update for Joomla 3 Users:
https://www.joomshaper.com/blog/security-update-for-joomla-3-users
I believe there may be a version mismatch with your current Helix Ultimate installation. I've forwarded this to our development team for further review.
Thanks
Could you please share temporary administrator access to your Joomla backend? You can provide the credentials securely in the hidden content section. Also, please take a full backup of your site before we make any changes.
Once I have access, I’ll investigate further and see what’s causing the issue. Let me know once you’ve shared the details!
Best regards,
Hi,
yes I have read and tried to implement what is said in your blog.
As mentioned, I have Helix Ultimate 1.1.2 so I suspect your security patch does not cater for older versions.
I have sent you admin access.
Paul
Thank you, the new security update solved the problem.

Hi I spoke too soon.
The site is now not working at all.
Failed opening required '/usr/www/users/joomccvaws/plugins/system/helixultimate/bootstrap.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php')
You have my admin details, please can you repair it.
Thanks
Paul
Please, share your cPanel access.
Thanks.
Unfortunately my hosting provider has strict 2FA credentials to their cPanel, which is custom to them, they have their own cPanel design so not able to provide details.
However, I have given you the ftp details in which you can get access to the files via ftp or ssh
You have the joomla super user details.
Paul.
