As mentioned, I have Helix Ultimate 1.1.2 so I suspect your security patch does not cater for older versions.

Unfortunately my hosting provider has strict 2FA credentials to their cPanel, which is custom to them, they have their own cPanel design so not able to provide details.

However, I have given you the ftp details in which you can get access to the files via ftp or ssh
