Hi when i try to add a new category with virtuemart i have this error :
1267 Illegal mix of collations (utf8_general_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8mb4_general_ci,COERCIBLE) for operation '='
What sould i do ? Thank you

No problem found with the name. I have tried both with or without comma. I think the issue is with your database. Please follow this documentation. It might fix the issue.

Sorry, I don't get you. Please give me example of the exact scenario. I will follow this and check the issue. But I do not think this issue (if it is present) is related to our product.

Ok, So
Go to Vituemart
Category > New Catégory
Add for example "Nouvelle Catégorie" (With the accent)
And Save
It will tell you :
1267 Illegal mix of collations (utf8_general_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8mb4_general_ci,COERCIBLE) for operation '='
