Mobile menu grays but does not display anything

Hello,

I have a couple of problems after updating a site to Helix 2.0.1.

  1. The mobile menu starts to display the gray background but the menu is not displayed.
  2. The header content (not the logo as that should be to the left)
  3. Additional spacing/padding has been added between the header and the menu
  4. The full width menu should be centered as it was prior to the update, now it's shifted to the left some.

I have selected the left align off-canvas layout.

Now i have added this css code to center alignment of your logo 

#sp-header .sp-column.d-flex.align-items-center {
    justify-content: center;
}

Hi Mike,

I had the same issue, the steps below will help to solve the problem if you menu does not have branches.

  • Edit the template,
  • go to Menu, and select offcanvas menu
  • change the location from Left to Right or vise versa.
  • save, it will work. hopefully.

The following was not addressed:

Why did this happen? I need to be confidant before I update more sites that I am not going to keep running into these issues and right now I am not?

@Toufiq Are you sure you want me to write a review. Did you not notice the text below in my reply above. Until I know and understand why these problems are happening I am not condidant in updating other sites. My clients don't want to pay me to correct issues with your upgrade. If you would at least post something explaining what we need to do to keep some of the issues from occuring that would help, but as it is now it's a shot in the dark on what is going to break when updating the template.

If you are talikng about the premium template of JoomShaper. Then you have to wait for the template update. Or If you face the same issue on Helix Ultimate after upgrade, then Please follow the instructions.

  1. Disable the off-canvas menu module from the module manager
  2. Select the off-canvas layout from template settings off-canvas option
